Steps to Resolve CSSPS School Placement Problems
After BECE graduates were placed in Senior High Schools and TVET schools through the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) portal, they are now able to check which schools they were placed in.
However, some graduates may encounter challenges when checking their placement, according to the Ghana Education Service.
To address these challenges, the Director General of the Service, Dr. Eric Nkansah, announced that graduates can follow a few steps. Graduates who have issues with their placement should visit their regional education offices where solution centers have been established to help them.

Alternatively, they can contact the call centers at the service’s toll-free number, 0302987654, where trained agents will assist them with any technical problems they may have.
Moreover, graduates can also reach out to the Ghana Education Service’s verified social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter for help with any issues they encounter during the BECE placement.
